Access and Information for People with Special Needs

Our hotel provides accessibility services for people with physical disabilities and other special needs.

Our hotel provides “access” to the reception, lobby-seating area, restaurant, cafeteria and elevator on the ground floor in accordance with horizontal circulation.

Our hotel has two (2) disabled rooms, a disabled elevator, a disabled toilet in the lobby, a disabled wheelchair in the lobby and a pool disabled elevator for access to the pool.

Our hotel has emergency buttons with visual lights and alarms on the ground floor and other floors for the accessibility of our hearing impaired customers, and Braille alphabet and an audible warning system in all our elevators.

Our hotel has emergency buttons with sounds for the accessibility of our visually impaired customers.
