The Management System forms the basic framework of a Sustainability Management System (SYS) that can be adapted and developed to cover the environmental, social, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health and safety processes of our facility and reveals its policies. The basis of our management system is based on risk analysis. Risk analysis is performed under the headings of environment, social, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health and safety. After the risks are analyzed, we also have a crisis management policy and system that determines what to do in case the risks occur. If the targets are reached, new targets are determined. If they are not reached, our practices are reviewed. Our facility undertakes to fulfill the obligations of the Turkey Sustainable Tourism Program regarding sustainability and to continuously improve the sustainable management system in order to increase sustainability performance.

Our facility undertakes to comply with the laws, regulations and international agreements in force, keeps an up-to-date list of these and regularly informs its personnel about them, and provides the necessary training to the personnel.

Our facility provides accurate information to all segments in its promotion. It always uses real visual material in promotion. It has a transparent and realistic structure in terms of its products and services on its website, social media accounts and other printed and written channels and in marketing communication. There is a system in our facility that aims to receive feedback from our customers, public institutions, municipalities, employees, local people and all other relevant persons and institutions regarding our sustainability performance, policies and practices. We receive feedback from both our staff and customers through this system.
Customer experience: Customer satisfaction is given importance in our facility. Customer satisfaction includes feedback from the system explained above regarding sustainability. The results received are analyzed. Negative feedback is recorded and necessary measures are taken.

In this regard; It includes policies for local, environmentally friendly, fair trade and efficient purchasing. Our facility monitors our goods and service sources. We check the sustainability certificates, information and documents of our suppliers.
Local Purchasing: Our facility prioritizes local suppliers when purchasing goods and services, provided that they are of good quality and reasonably priced.
Environmentally Friendly Purchasing: Our facility follows an environmentally friendly purchasing policy and emphasizes efficient purchasing, energy saving and water saving in order to reduce food and solid waste. Efficient Purchasing: Our purchasing policy prefers reusable, returnable and recycled goods.
Cultural Sustainability Policy
Presentation of Cultural Heritage: Our facility respects the intellectual property rights of its local people. Authentic elements of traditional and contemporary local culture are evaluated in our cuisine, design and decoration. Artifacts: Our facility does not buy and sell historical and archaeological artifacts, does not mediate their trade and does not exhibit them.
Promotion of Sustainable Local Gastronomy: Our facility prioritizes the promotion and consumption of local products. It puts forward innovative and creative practices to ensure sustainability in gastronomy in all its activities.
Energy and Environment
Energy Saving: Our facility has an energy saving policy. The policy includes regular measurement, monitoring, reduction of energy consumption and use of renewable energy. It prioritizes the use of renewable energy as much as possible. Our facility determines the activities with high energy consumption and implements energy consumption reduction activities in these areas and activities (heat insulation systems, preference of low-consumption devices among those with energy consumption classes, use of LED bulbs instead of high-energy-consuming lighting such as incandescent, etc.). In addition, our facility uses energy-saving equipment.
Water Management and Wastewater
Our facility has a water saving policy. Our policy includes regular measurement, monitoring and reduction of water consumption. The water risk situation in the region where our facility is located has been determined. Water risk has also been evaluated in the risk analysis and a water management plan has been prepared.

Food Waste and Solid Waste
There is a “Solid Waste Management Plan” in our facility. The plan includes the regular measurement and monitoring of waste production, waste reduction, reuse, recycling and waste disposal. Solid waste is separated according to its types such as food, recyclable, toxic/hazardous and organic, and recycling and reuse statuses are taken into consideration during separation. Solid waste, including food waste, is measured according to its type. The amount of solid waste per guest or overnight stay is calculated and reported in our facility. Compliance with the “Zero Waste Regulation” legislation regarding solid waste management is ensured.
