TUĞCAN OTELCİLİK TURİZM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as TUĞCAN HOTEL) as the data controller; We hereby inform you that your personal data that you have shared with us, within the scope of our commercial relations or our business relationship with you; within the scope of the purpose that requires processing and in a limited and proportionate manner in connection with this purpose, will be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, shared with institutions legally authorized to request this personal data and, under the conditions stipulated by the K.V.K.K., will be transferred, assigned, classified to domestic third parties and processed in other ways listed in the K.V.K.K.K.

TUĞCAN HOTEL informs the personal data owner in accordance with Article 10 of the K.V.K.K.

Your personal data is protected under the conditions specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Protection of personal data is a fundamental principle of the company. It is a must for TUĞCAN HOTEL to comply with all responsibilities brought by the Personal Data Protection Law and we undertake this.

TUĞCAN HOTEL carries out personal data processing activities at building facility entrances and within the facility in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL") and other relevant legislation. In order to ensure security as a data controller in accordance with the PDPL, our Company carries out personal data processing activities in our Company's buildings, factories and facilities with security cameras and to monitor the entrances and exits of guests, subcontractors and their vehicles. The camera monitoring and recording activities carried out by our Company are carried out in accordance with the Private Security Services Law No. 5188 and the regulation on the implementation of this law and based on the legal reason based on the legitimate interest of our Company.

Personal data is collected electronically via closed circuit camera systems in order to ensure the security of the business, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDP Law.

TUĞCAN HOTEL notifies about the camera monitoring activity of the clarification it makes regarding general issues with more than one method. In this way, it is aimed to prevent harm to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data owner, to ensure transparency and to enlighten the personal data owner.

A notification letter stating that monitoring will be carried out is hung at the entrances of the areas where monitoring is carried out by TUĞCAN HOTEL regarding the camera monitoring activity.

A limited number of employees have access to the information obtained as a result of monitoring. Camera images can be transferred to authorized public institutions in accordance with the legislation in order to ensure the security of our company, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDP Law. (For example, upon the written request of the prosecutor's office or judge during the investigation of an incident) As a result of the confidentiality agreement made between our company and a limited number of people who have access to the records, the persons declare that they will protect the confidentiality of the data they access.

Your personal data collected during the commercial relations we have established through TUĞCAN HOTEL front office/accounting/sales/purchasing department will be processed within the scope of our company's commercial policies, in order to continue trade and to continue the agreements made, within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698,

In order for TUĞCAN HOTEL to provide its customers with the best possible conditions for the products and services it offers, to provide the products or services reliably and without interruption, to maximize customer satisfaction, to make payments, to carry out various transactions related to the mentioned services, to carry out and develop operations, to promote and market the mentioned products and services or different products and services, to inform customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services, and to communicate with customers.

Purposes of Processing Visitor Data:
TUĞCAN HOTEL may process your personal data for purposes and reasons such as, but not limited to, the purposes and legal reasons specified below.

Recording the name-surname and vehicle-license plate information in the visitor registration system upon entering TUĞCAN HOTEL.

Ensuring the security of TUĞCAN HOTEL, visitors and employees.

The data requested from our personnel is kept for the purpose of conducting the operation of human resources, the personnel file that must be created in accordance with the Labor Law.

TUĞCAN HOTEL keeps the information it receives from its personnel in accordance with the obligations in the relevant laws and for the purpose of conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, and provides them with detailed information in the explicit consent texts and submits them for their approval.

Your personal data collected for the purposes specified above, your personal data collected during the commercial relations we have established through the front office/accounting/financial affairs/sales/purchasing department, will be processed in order to continue the trade and the agreements made within the framework of TUĞCAN HOTEL's commercial policies, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, in order to fulfill our legal obligations with the articles of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Article 5/2-b of Law No. 6698, Being Directly Related to the Establishment or Performance of a Contract, Being Mandatory for the Data Controller to Fulfill His/her Legal Obligation, Being Publicized by the Relevant Person Himself, Data Processing Being Mandatory (Article 5/2-e of Law No. 6698), Being in Legitimate Interest (Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698).

TUĞCAN HOTEL will use the data obtained with the information you provide or in accordance with other laws listed in the Law to improve the quality of the services we provide, and to improve the services offered to you and our quality policy. Again, the data in our possession, your personal data collected for this purpose, are processed only by our company and will not be transferred to any third party/institution except for any reason that legal obligations may impose, and are not currently being transferred. If you apply to TUĞCAN HOTEL in writing regarding your rights specified above, you will be responded to free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Board may be charged.
